Pharmacy
Our in-clinic pharmacy carries most of the medications your pet will need following a sick hospital stay, surgical discharge or wellness exam. We maintain an inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. Your pet must have been examined by a veterinarian within one year in order for us to dispense any medications.
If we do not have a certain medication in stock we will either provide you with a prescription that can be filled at any local pharmacy or call it in to our online pharmacy.
Vets First Choice
Our online pharmacy is available to you for all of the medications that we carry and also many we do not. A call in or written prescription is required by one of our veterinarians in order to use this service. Medications ordered through this store will be delivered directly to your home.
Maywood Vet does not deal directly with other internet pharmacies or catalogs. We will provide you with a written prescription to be taken to your pharmacy of choice.
Prescription Diets
We also carry a variety of prescription diets including Royal Canin, Hills and Purina. We do not keep routine maintenance diets in stock.
