Appointment Policy
Our goal is to provide quality, individualized medical care in a timely manner.
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved just for you and your pet. We make every effort to remind our clients that they have reserved our doctors’ and team’s time by using phone calls, e-mails, and text messages.
No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations without notice interfere with our ability to provide veterinary care to pets in need. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a “no-show”. This includes arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment. An occurrence of a no-show will result in the requirement of a reservation fee for all future appointments.
We reserve the right to discharge clients from the practice who chronically no-show.
We kindly ask that you give us 24-hour notice prior to cancelling an appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely medical care.
